Suevents Hire rents the equipment described on the quote. Subject to the terms and conditions.
- To secure the booking 50% non refundable deposit is required, balances to be paid before delivery.
- A 20%refundable deposit is required to ensure coverage of any shortages or damages, should they occur refundable upon return of hired items.
- Any client who does not settle their account will be handed over for debt collection.
- Client' Copy of ID may be required and proof of payment can be sent back to Suevents representative. Suevents shall collect information for verification purposes and committed to your right to view and request copies.
- Event setup is an extra cost, client to sign satisfactory form before the team leaves the venue. Please note any additional not specified will charged accordingly.
Care of Goods - Dishes, cutlery and glassware must be washed and placed in the containers provided. Linen does not need to be washed only ensure its dry and it can be placed in plastic bag. Damaged items will be charged at a full replacement cost.
- Suevents shall not be liable for any deaths, injury or any kind of damage before, during and after the event.
- These terms and conditions are compulsory and accepted by the client upon payment of their order.
